Wilfred Rietdijk
Deputy Commander of the German-Netherlands Corps
Major General Wilfred Rietdijk has been Deputy Commander of the German-Netherlands Corps in Münster since 2025 and has served in the Royal Netherlands Army since 1988. He has held key artillery and staff positions in the Netherlands and Germany, commanded the Land Training Centre, and directed Operations at the Ministry of Defence. From 2020 to 2024, Major General Rietdijk coordinated national COVID-19 efforts and organised the NATO Summit 2025. He served in missions in Africa and Afghanistan.
