Timothy McGuire is Managing Director of Constellation, a defence security and resilience advisory based in Estonia, helping industry, investors, and accelerator programmes scale across NATO and Allied markets. Additionally, he leads the European and African growth for “Hacking 4 Defense,” a non-profit educational programme from Stanford helping Allied governments curate defence problems and graduate students become mission-driven entrepreneurs. Tim is a US Air Force reserve cyber officer who instructs part-time at Officer Training School. He has 16+ years of service across Active, Guard, and Reserve components. Specific to defence innovation, he was formerly at Defense Innovation Unit in Silicon Valley, AFWERX, and NATO DIANA in Brussels, where he specialised in metrics, evaluation processes, and rapid adoption.
