Michaela Dodge

Dr Michaela Dodge is a Research Scholar at the National Institute for Public Policy. She focuses on US nuclear weapons and missile defence policy, nuclear forces modernisation, deterrence and assurance, alliance politics, and arms control. Dr Dodge earned her master’s of science degree in defense and strategic studies from Missouri State University and received a PhD from George Mason University. She was awarded the Gen Larry D. Welch Deterrence Writing Award in 2025.
