Susan Lilleväli
Undersecretary for Defence Readiness at the Ministry of Defence of Estonia
Susan Lilleväli is the Undersecretary for Defence Readiness at the Ministry of Defence of Estonia, where her responsibility is to coordinate the work of Defence Readiness, Defence Willingness, and Strategic Communication Departments. Before assuming this position, Ms Lilleväli was in charge of the Ministry of Defence’s strategic communications. Ms Lilleväli has extensive working experience in the private sector and has completed a one-year professional internship in the field of research and communication in Washington, DC. She has a master’s degree in national security and resource strategy from National Defense University in Washington, DC, and a master’s degree in communication management.
