Mikk Raud
Deputy Director of the Innovation Department at the Ministry of Defence of Estonia
Mikk Raud is the Deputy Director of the Innovation Department at the Estonian Ministry of Defence, where he leads projects on cyber security and policymaking for future technologies. Before joining the Estonian public sector, Mr Raud worked as a technology policy analyst at PayPal in the US and as a cyber security consultant at Control Risks in Hong Kong. Mr Raud holds a BA in law and politics from the University of Hong Kong, an MA in economics from Peking University, and an MA in international policy from Stanford University.
