Senior Advisor to the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Poland
Lieutenant General Krzysztof Król is the Senior Advisor to the Chief of General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces. Having joined the Polish Army in 1987, he has held a number of positions in Polish Land Force structures. Throughout his career, he commanded the UNIFIL engineering support unit in Lebanon and was ACOS G3 operations, Multinational Division Central-South in Iraq. He led Command Support Brigade MNC NE and was deputy commander of Multinational Corps Northeast. In 2018, he was assigned as Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces and subsequently, in 2020, as Chief of Staff, Allied Joint Forces Command Brunssum. His education includes postgraduate studies in defence policy at the Canadian Forces College in Toronto and a PhD at the Academy of National Defence in Warsaw.
