Kadi Silde
COO, Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA)
Kadi Silde is the Chief Operating Officer of the Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA), NATO’s new deep tech agency to support the development of dual-use solutions. She was previously Head of the Transition Team for DIANA. Before that, she served as Undersecretary for Defence Policy at the Estonian Ministry of Defence in 2019-22. Ms Silde joined the Ministry of Defence in 2008, holding various positions, including the Director of Policy Planning. She joined Estonia’s EU Council Presidency team in 2017 and was subsequently seconded to the European Commission.
