Benjamin Ben Ari
Commander of the Military Reserve Forces of the Israel Defense Forces
Brigadier General Benjamin Ben Ari has been the Commander of the Reserve Forces Corps of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) since 2021. Before assuming his current duties, Brigadier-General Benjamin Ben Ari served as the Head of the ‘Commando Brigade’ from 2016 to 2021. Between 2011 and 2016, he was the Brigade Commander of the ‘Negev Brigade’ and the Operations Officer at the ‘Negev Brigade’ (1993-2000). In 1990-93, Brigadier-General Benjamin Ben Ari served as the Commander of the ‘Dovdevan Brigade,’ where had previously been enlisted between 1988 and 1990.
