Andreas Flåm

Andreas Flåm was appointed State Secretary to the Minister of Defence Tore O. Sandvik in February 2025. He is an experienced advisor and political professional with a strong background in defence policy, high north issues, and regional development. Mr Flåm previously served as an advisor in the Planning and Society Department of Bodø Municipality and has also held the position of political advisor in Nordland County Council. He has over 15 years of experience working in public administration and higher education, with a focus on strategic advising, political processes, and industry collaboration.
