Alice Billon-Galland
Research Fellow at Chatham House
Ms Alice Billon-Galland was selected by Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg as one of the 14 NATO Young Leaders to advise the NATO 2030 process. Her research is focused on issues linked to European security – including transatlantic relations, the European Union, NATO, and with particular focus on French and British foreign and defence policies, as well as European involvement in Indo-Pacific security. Prior to joining Chatham House in 2019, she led the European defence programme at the European Leadership Network (ELN).
